The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth administrative function of the department. This includes but is not exclusive to the maintenance of personnel files, benefits programmes, assisting with training & recruitment, ensuring all SOPs and standards are up to date and adhered to across the property and are in compliance with employment laws and codes.
The H.R Manager must champion the HR Team’s vision and values; promote a professional and positive image to all of our team members. Imperative is the upholding of strict confidentiality of any and all information regarding the employees and suppliers, including but not limited to documentation, benefits, salaries and conversations that take place in the office.

 

 

 

 

Based on experience

 

 

  • Experience: 3 years in an HR Management or Sr. Generalist role
  • Education: College Degree and Human Resources Qualifications.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use various computer applications (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with H.R.
  • Specific software ideal.
  • Competent interviewer.
  • Intermediate level trainer and facilitator.
  • Applicants must possess a valid Antigua and Barbuda driver’s license
  • Closing date for receipt of applications is February 12, 2020
  • Priority will be given to individuals who are legally authorized to work in Antigua & Barbuda.
