PROFILE
We are looking for a positive and ambitious Intern to join our great Marketing, Communication & Distribution teams at Oetker Collection Head Office in Paris.
The trainee, within the limits of the established Oetker Collection guidelines, ensures the day-to-day activities of the Oetker Collection Sales & Marketing department in support of the Collection and with specific responsibilities for coordinating and implementing the tasks set forth in regards to communication, marketing & distribution.
Reporting to the Heads of Marketing, Communication & Distribution and in coordination with the hotels portfolio, the trainee maintains projects in good order and ensure implementations of global strategy in order to maximize business opportunities in the specified areas.
Communication:
- Participate in the social media content strategy
- Coordinate Communication materials and reports
Marketing:
- Help with the collateral’s coordination and creation
- BtoB goodies coordination
- Oetker Collection website updates
- Emailing creation
- Reporting
Distribution:
- Participates in the development and implementation of the
- Distribution strategy for new hotels.
- Effectively carries out projects and assignments delegated.
- Contributes to the Collection Reporting Data by preparing monthly
- Business reports with origins of business and segmentation.
- Providing data (benchmarking).
- Distribution & Marketing team data support.
- Business case reviews.
