People & Culture Manager M/F


Position Profile:


Leads Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development for team members while playing an integral role supporting the Head of People & Culture. Acts as a role model and contributes an energetic and positive attitude to the Hotel atmosphere.


  • Spearheads the Recruitment and Selection process efficiently
  • Participates in Learning & Development of Team members
  • Acts as a hotel ambassador,  coach and advisor by offering career and personal guidance to associates
  • Orchestrates and plays a significant role in planning associates functions
  • Acts as a primary contact for team members regarding Hotel policies and labor relations
  • Practices conflict resolution techniques and mediation skills when dealing with team member issues.
  • Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and personal integrity when dealing with associates’ work related concerns and / or personal difficulties 
  • Acts as a team player in the People & Culture department by offering assistance to the team on a wide range of projects whenever needed






  • Experience as a Department Head or a minimum of 3 years experience in a management level position which includes recruitment, training and conflict resolution
  • A credible and comprehensive, in depth knowledge of Hotel Operations
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and have the ability to withstand pressure and adversity
  • Be self-disciplined with a proven record of successful project assignments completion
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be approachable, objective, fair and sincere
  • Positive, patient, flexible and energetic individual who consistently portrays the Hotel's grooming standards and Oetker Collection values and culture
  • Excellent computer skills with expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Talentsoft considered an asset.
  • Superlative oral and written communication skills in both English and Italian
