Antigua, West Indies


The Revenue Manager is responsible for working along with the Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams in order to maximize hotel revenue streams. Through the review of items including, but not limited to, hotel room inventories, booking patterns, room assignments and pricing strategies, the Revenue Manager is expected to highlight revenue and occupancy opportunities, and must also oversee the accurate forecasting of weekly and monthly room revenue.


At Jumby Bay Island we require our managers to not only be highly competent in their field but also thrive on being accountable and responsible for the success, performance, and welfare of their team within the operation.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as either a Revenue Manager, Reservations Manager or similar in a luxury resort environment.
  • Applicable qualification/certifications desirable.
  • Detailed knowledge of Opera and other systems required.
  • Skilled at forecasting techniques and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • This roles require job holders to be able to work flexible hours.
