The Bartender is responsible for the planning, preparation, and set-up pre- and post-service in the front and back of house of the allocated bar. This set-up includes but is not limited to back bar, bar top, “floor area”, events and beverage stock level in accordance with set-up standards and task checklists. The successful candidate must have well-rounded knowledge of cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, etc.
