Candidate Profile
The role of Membership Manager is to assist in driving and increasing membership sales and awareness of The Club to prospective clients, businesses and existing hotel guests, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The Membership Manager shall show a thorough understanding of the product, including all aspects of membership, club offerings and treatments available and will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team of The Lanesborough and General Manager of our Club & Spa to identify business development opportunities and maximise revenue from membership sales.
The successful candidate will build upon existing guest relations as well as establish a strong, exclusive membership base. As Membership Manager you will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Proven track record of similar experience in a similar position within a luxury/club environment.
- Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
- You will be required to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including complaint handling and resolution.
- Immaculate grooming standards
- Show drive for Excellent Customer Service leading by example
- Reasonable hours as required to meet the business demands, weekend and evening work may be required
