The Finance & Payroll Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll (both fortnightly and monthly) for all entities on Jumby Bay Island with the highest confidentiality and integrity. The Finance & Payroll Manager must maintain thorough knowledge of all taxation and wage laws and collective agreement guidelines, as well as complete service charge and gratuity reconciliation, detailed and accurate reporting for payroll, taxation, accruals and other month end close activities.

Competitive remuneration package.



  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience processing payroll, preferably within a luxury resort.

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or related preferred, with Professional Payroll certification or similar an asset.

  • Knowledge of MyLegacy Payroll Systems and Kronos Timekeeping a strong asset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Word and Excel.
    Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.

  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.

  • These roles require job holders to be able to work flexible hours.
