The guest relations agent is responsible for creating a distinctive experience during the hotel stay for each individual guest. Key function for the success of the hotel. Through the application of accountability and decision making, complete problem solving and a strong and productive relationship with all departments must be always ensured.

Possess a good command of the Italian & English language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.   
Must maintain composure under pressure. 
Ability to stand for the entire shift in both indoor and outdoor spaces.  
Long hours are sometimes required.
