The Residences Manager is responsible for maintaining the optimum level of quality and service for the private homes within the Jumby Bay rental program. Through strong organizational skills to coordinate various activities at the same time, excellent interpersonal skills and exquisite attention to detail, the Residences Manager must be able to build strong relationships with all Homeowners, Management and Guests. The Residences Manager is also a strong contributor to maximizing revenue within the rental program and must work in tandem with other operational departments in order to ensure guest satisfaction and service delivery in keeping with resort standards.  



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment. 
  • Applicable certifications and/or degree(s) in Hospitality or related field an asset. 
  • Strong ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Opera preferred. 
  • Must have a valid Driver's License to drive company vehicle(s)
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • This role requires the job holder to be able to work flexible hours.
