The Chief Butler serves as the senior leader responsible for curating and executing flawless, bespoke service across all villas and estate homes within the Residences Program. This role combines the strategic vision of guest experience with operational discipline, directly overseeing a dedicated team of butlers and in-villa service staff. Working in close coordination with the Residences Department — which handles villa bookings, staffing logistics, and general operations — this position focuses exclusively on delivering an elevated, immersive, and highly personalized stay for our discerning guests.

The ideal candidate is a natural host, service visionary, and discreet leader who thrives in ultra-luxury environments and possesses sensitivity, emotional intelligence, and anticipation skills to exceed the expectations of individuals and families.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private estate management, or ultra-luxury guest services.
  • Proven track record in managing butler or personal service teams in high-end environments (private villas, luxury hotels, or yachts).
  • Experience working with high-profile individuals with discretion and professionalism.
  • Well-rounded background in Food & Beverage operations (to include sequence of luxury service, bartending, wines, etc.) an asset. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Luxury Brand Management, or related field preferred.
  • Fully knowledgeable of LQA and Forbes Service Standards.
  • Multilingual ability and knowledge of international etiquette are a strong advantage.
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate. 
  • Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License.
