The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of all Food and Beverage areas and equipment.
The Stewarding Supervisor assists with ensuring the efficient set-up and break down at all dining outlets and Food & Beverage events, the retrieval and washing of soiled wares, transporting supplies and food to service areas and assist the Kitchen(s) wihere and as necessary within the scope of the role.
