Profile Summary 
The uniqueness of The Vineta Hotel requires a Bell Attendant to greet and welcome our guests at the main entrance of the hotel, assist them with their luggage, providing directions, and answering questions about the hotel and surrounding area, creating a personalized and unparalleled arrival and departure experience for our guests. 

  • Greet guests upon arrival, opening doors and offering a warm welcome and assistance with luggage and transportation arrangements, creating an unsurpassed experience for our guests.

  • Park vehicles for guests and other visitors who require valet parking, maintain the front driveway congestion-free through traffic control, monitoring illegal parking, and immediately store vehicles.

  • Safely and efficiently transport guest luggage to and from their rooms, ensuring items are managed with care.

  • Offer guests information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Answer inquiries and provide recommendations as needed in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Assist with delivering items such as room service orders, packages, or other guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high standard of service.

  • Collaborate with front desk hoteliers and other departments to ensure a seamless guest service.

  • Build rapport with guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.

  • Guest-centric approach and skilled in managing the flow of guests and luggage during arrivals and departures.
  • Genuinely warm presence, friendly, sincere, and outgoing nature, leading by positive example to strive for service excellence and warm hospitality.
  • Ability to apply conflict resolution and critical thinking skills in a collaborative environment.  
  • Self-motivated, decisive, responsible, and driven to achieve goals.
  • Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
  • Requires oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Bending to pick up or place luggage or boxes on cart. Pulling luggage carts with weight of up to 200 pounds
