The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in the overall management and operations of the staff canteen kitchen, as well as ensuring consistent and quality preparation, execution and delivery of menu items to all internal guests. The Sous Chef also assists in leading and developing the team, provides pertinent input into menu design and ensures that the final product meets and exceeds our internal guest expectations.
