Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations, and information.  Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors; coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently.

Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; creative and a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Leadership potential is desirable.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Candidate must have a minimum of one (1) years’ experience in similar role within a luxury resort/hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera an asset. 
  • Strong soft selling skills with a genuine passion for sales and curating relationships. 
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • This role requires the job holder to work flexible hours. 
  • Valid Driver’s License in order to drive company vehicle(s).
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
