Position Profile:

The Restaurants Event Coordinator will oversee and execute high-end events for our discerning clientele across our three diverse dining outlets, ensuring flawless coordination, attention to detail, and a seamless experience for every event. This candidate will assist the Restaurant & Bars management team with key responsibilities in an administrative role.

  • With high integrity, ensure that guests experience the highest quality 5 diamond/5 star standards
  • Respond to inquiries about large parties and events in the Restaurant & Bars for groups of 8-29 people.
  • Organize a working Calander of events with details for the F&B Department.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements & preferences
  • Coordinate all aspects of Restaurant & Bars events, including menu selection, timelines, (décor, staffing, and AV needs.)
  • Liaise between the client and the hotel’s Restaurant & Bars team to ensure clear communication and alignment of event goals.
  • Oversee the coordination of events across three distinct dining outlets, ensuring each event is tailored to the specific venue’s ambiance, offerings, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef & GM of Restaurants to create events menus focusing on streamlining service and maintaining the hotel’s high standards of quality.
  • Supervise the set-up of the events and introduce the operations team to the client, making sure the client is comfortable & pleased with the event before departing.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service levels before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure a personalized, high-touch experience for clients, attending to any special requests or last-minute changes promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively address and resolve any client concerns to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Assist in preparing event budgets, working with the Executive Chef & GM of Restaurants to track and manage costs.
  • Undertake other ad hoc related responsibilities, as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, with a strong background in F&B operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Required to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
