Position Profile:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align staff attitudes and behaviours with the organizational values and culture of the Company.
  • Able to foster open communication and positive employee relations, conduct performance reviews, and oversee staff welfare and wellbeing.
  • Facilitate management development, team building and leadership coaching.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Build and manage the Company's culture and overall employee engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and ensure they are fair and unbiased.
  • Address employee queries and handle grievances to uphold company policies and standards.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all people and culture operations.

Core Competencies:

  • Aware of employment trends and labor laws.
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize workload, multi-task in a calm manner, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fully competent with current recruitment and HRIS programs in relation to the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Proven innovator, responds promptly and reasonably when making decisions, ultimately ensuring successful problem resolution.
  • Inspires employee commitment, loyalty and motivation.
  • Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality all while upholding the highest standards.

 

Education & Experience:

  

  • Minimum 3 years previous work experience in an HR Leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Managment, Business Administration or similar.
