Candidate Profile
As a Kitchen Porter you will provide support to all Food & Beverage departments behind the scenes. You will take a hands-on approach to your role. You will be a team player to ensure that all china, glassware and silver ware to the highest standards, and that all operating equipment is stored in the correct manner so to avoid accidents and unnecessary breakages. You will ensure all back of house areas are maintained to the highest cleaning standard. You will ensure that all back of house corridors are cleaned and free from obstructions.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Previous experience within a cleaning operation within a luxury environment is preferred.
- Good COSHH, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Manual Handling knowledge required.
- Good command of the English language.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Please note that this position requires Manual Handling and some Heavy Lifting.
