The Restaurant Host assists the company in fulfilling its purpose to meet and exceed our guests’ expectations by consistently adhering to all standards, policies and procedures relating to food and beverage service, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. This includes the planning and coordination of table plans and service flow, communicating guests’ special requests to the team, and any other tasks as assigned in keeping with service excellence.



Competitive Remuneration Package 



  • A minimum of one (1) year’s hotel operations experience in a similar role within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of MyFourchette and Micros an asset.
  • Valid Antigua and Barbuda Driver’s License required
  • Valid food handler’s certificate required
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills
