To meet and exceed guest’s expectations by consistently adhering to all standards, policies and procedures relating to food and beverage service, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.



Competitive Remuneration Package. 



  • Minimum one (1) year's relevant experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Valid Antigua and Barbuda Driver's License. 
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate required.
  • Must be able to and comfortable with working in the sun for an entire shift.
