The Spa Director is responsible for the strategic direction and overall guest experience for the Jumby Bay Spa. This role is essential in shaping the luxury wellness environment in keeping with international standards, while utilizing their strong financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of luxury wellness programs and strategic vision to ensure guest satisfaction.

At Jumby Bay Island, we require our managers to not only be highly competent in their field, but who also thrive on being accountable and responsible for the success, performance, and welfare of their team within the operation.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role, in a luxury environment.
  • Applicable knowledge of Opera, TAC and KnowCross
  • Knowledge of LQA and Forbes Service Standards
  • Proven experience in training, developing and mentoring team members
  • Valid Driver’s License in order to drive company vehicle(s).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • These roles require job holders to be able to work flexible hours.
