Profile Summary 
The Food & Beverage Manager is a key leadership role responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurants, working closely with the General Manager of Restaurants and Bars to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests while maintaining a premium level of service and attention to detail. 

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurants, lobby bar and the Pool House, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of service.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet the restaurants’ high standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Oversee front-of-house hoteliers, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and exemplary guest service.

  • Ensure the restaurants, the bars, and the pool deck is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, including dining areas, restrooms, and hoteliers workspaces.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure that all orders are prepared, presented, and delivered promptly and to the highest standards.

  • Monitor and manage the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and receives personalized attention. Assist with VIP and high-profile guest interactions, ensuring they receive tailored service and attention.

  • Manage guest feedback, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction through personalized attention, exceptional service, and anticipating guest needs.

  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant hoteliers to ensure they are aligned with the luxury brand standards.  

  • Ensure hoteliers are well-versed in the restaurants’ offerings, policies, and guest service standards. 

  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all supplies (food, beverage, linens, etc.) are well-stocked and organized.

Core Competencies/ Requirements

  • Outstanding abilities to build and maintain relationships and a regular client base, demonstrated ability to make a naturally positive, lasting impression, brilliant at recognizing and welcoming regular guests. 
  • Self-motivated, decisive, responsible, and driven to achieve goals. 
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Passionate for food and beverage, strives to exceed expectations for service excellence with demonstrated understanding of international fine dining, wine, beverage and service standards commensurate of the leading hotels in the world. 
  • Must have a strong Food and beverage knowledge.
  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience. 
  • One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
