Position Profile:
A hospitality professional dedicated to ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience for each guest, strives to create a welcoming and memorable stay, contributing to the hotel's reputation for outstanding service and unique guest experiences.
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Demonstrate a high degree of identity and strives to provide a 5 diamond/5 star experience to guests, providing Oetker Collection's legendary hospitality.
• Rotate between shifts in Front Office, Back Office, Concierge, Cashier, Reservations, handling guest arrival and departures and guest telephone inquiries.
• Ensures compliance to all hotel policies, standards and core practices.
• Maintains positive internal and external relationships, familiarity with local venues, attractions, restaurants, events, and Oetker Collection service standards.
• As true Service Ambassador, meets and exceeds service expectations proactively, promptly, professionally, with genuine care to attention and detail.
• Actively demonstrates teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, family spirit, genuine kindness and elegance.
• Undertakes other ad hoc related responsibilities, as required.
• Welcome guests and communicate effectively with the hotel.
• Perform check-in and escort guests to their rooms in accordance with core practices.
• Perform cashier duties and check-out procedures.
• Ensure that all requests are prepared prior to guest arrival.
• Assist in handling of guest complaints and ensure that proper follow up takes place.
