The Wellness Therapist administers a full range of professional wellness, massage and body treatments to our guests, in keeping with luxury and international standards. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, body treatments and salon services (pedicure, manicure, wax) and hair where and as needed. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide wellness sessions such as yoga or sound bath healing and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. 

They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet and exceed the needs of our guests.



Competitive remuneration package.



  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a massage therapist. Similar role within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.
  • Minimum High School diploma. Must have relevant massage therapy certification and completion of 500 hours massage training.
  • Skill in salon services (manicure, pedicure, wax and hair) 
  • Proven training and skill in wellness activities (e.g. yoga, singing bowl or sound bath) 
  • Valid Driver's License needed to drive company vehicles
  • Valid Food Handlers' an asset. 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset. 
  • This role requires the job holder to have open availability and be able to work flexible hours.
