Director of Engineering
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Engineering to lead our technical teams and drive innovation across our the hotel. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-impact engineering projects, fostering a culture of excellence, and aligning technology strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
- Define and execute engineering strategies aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, and team engagement
- Prepare and implement the Engineering budget and business plan preparation
- Oversee large scale CAPEX projects for the hotel
