We are looking for our future Distribution & Revenue Management Coordinator to join our team at the Corporate Office located in Paris.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Supports the development and deployment of the Oetker Collection Revenue Management Strategy.
  • Act as knowledge expert and a highly informed communicator on both internal and external revenue management matters.
  • Give direction and oversee revenue strategy together with the Executive team.
  • To maintain all rate information, package codes and descriptions.
  • Distribute revenue updates on a monthly basis and complete the annual budget preparation.
  • Forecasting – pick up, providing accurate forecasts for future business and operational considerations. Providing a comparison of Forecast / Actual.
  • Producing reports on a daily and weekly basis
  • Be aware of the Market and make competitor analysis.
  • Ensures the coordination of the day-to-day administrative activities within the department (emails, updates, reports, presentations…).
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication channels. - Pro-actively ensures reporting of all related projects.
  • Develops and maintains close working relationship with all Departments throughout the hotels as well as Oetker collection network.
  • Possesses skills in necessary software (Pack Office, Opera PMS, RMS Ideas and/or EzRms, SynXis, LightHouse…).
  • Nurtures a curiosity for new technology and its potential benefits.

 

 

Core Skills & Competencies : 

 

  • University level or hotel experience with prior yield/revenue management / reservations experience.
  • Fluent English and French and German a plus.
  • Excellent communication is a must.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Revenue Management and/or & Distribution.
  • Excellent computer skills.

13th month salary paid in November (prorated for the first year based on time worked)
Meal benefit: food allowance of €182.60 per month
