Responsible for the overall management of all aspects of the Front Office, Guest Relations and Guest Services in accordance with hotel standards and budgetary guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction in all areas. 



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a luxury hotel environment, with at least 3 years' experience at a management level.
  • Applicable certifications and/or degrees preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to suggestively sell. 
  • Full fluency in English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset. 
  • This role requires the job holder to be able to work flexible hours. 
  • Valid Antigua and Barbuda driver's license required. 
  • Priority will be given to individuals who are legally authorized to work in Antigua and Barbuda.
