The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision of the Housekeeping hoteliers per assigned shifts and projects and play a leading role in ensuring the implementation of Jumby Bay Resort’s standards, of exquisite service in the department in line with the Resort’s policies and procedures.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles. Experience within a luxury resort/hotel highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience at a supervisory level. 
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s License in order to drive company vehicle(s).
  • Applicable degree(s) and/or certifications an asset.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • Job holder must be able to work flexible hours.
