We are looking for a HRIS - Data Analytist Coordinator/Coordinator to join our People & Culture (Human Resources) team at Oetker Collection headquarters based in Sophia-Antipolis.

This position will report to the Head of People Systems & Analytics.

 

The position revolves around two main missions, namely a support mission for HR teams and a project management mission.

You will be involved in providing technical and functional support to the HR teams of each hotel. You will assist users in understanding the various HR modules installed, manage data imports, incidents, and correction requests, assist in report creation, and contribute to maintaining the quality of HR data in the system.

You will also be involved in the implementation of HRIS projects, from needs expression to writing functional specifications, through testing. You will participate in operational meetings, ensuring communication, monitoring, and user training.

Position to be filled as soon as possible, day schedule and full time.

 

 

Diplomas required

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management or IT, with a strong interest in data analysis
  • Or a first professional experience in a similar position

Desired skills

  • Have knowledge and an appetite for data analysis.
  • Be interested in the areas of HRIS and project management
  • Capacity for analysis, synthesis and rigour
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies, alert and propose solutions
  • Master the office environment including spreadsheets (Excel) and be able to integrate the operation of specific management tools

 

Languages

  • Essential conversational English
  • Other spoken language will be a plus

Base Salary: By Profile
13 months paid in November from one year of seniority
Working time: 35h per week
Monthly meal allowance of 182.60€
Health: Mutual Insurance & Provident Coverage up to 60%
Transport supported up to 75%
