Candidate Profile
As People & Culture Coordinator you are the first point of contact for our employees for general enquires. You will coordinate all aspects of the administrative side of the recruitment and selection end to end process, liaising with managers as appropriate. You will maintain accurate, confidential and compliant administrative systems and procedures to support operation and effective management of human resources function. This role is a great opportunity for a junior HR professional to grow within an experienced People & Culture team exploring all aspects of the HR operations.
Key Requirements
The ideal People & Culture Coordinator candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role (i.e. as HR Assistant) within hospitality would be preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language is essential
- Excellent communication and time management skills are essential
- Technical knowledge of all Microsoft systems (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) is required.
- Ability to work on own initiative, manage and prioritise own workload day-to-day effectively is essential
- Immaculate grooming standards
