The Pool Technician is responsible for diagnosing and correcting water problems such as algae, maintaining in-floor cleaning systems, cleaning filters, locating and diagnosing leaks, cleaning and/or acid washing pools and fountains and any other duties pertaining to the overall upkeep and maintenance of all pools and fountains on property.



Competitive remuneration package.



  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the same or similar role, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
  • Applicable certificates/diplomas in relevant trade or skill training an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting tools and equipment, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently with little supervision.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proactive attention to detail
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
