· Coordinate sales calls within territory by scheduling office visits and/or planning client entertainment on behalf of Jumby Bay Island to present and promote the resort.
· Present and promote Jumby Bay Island to home-based luxury travel advisors through webinars or sales calls.
· Participate in tradeshows, networking events, regional meetings and other relevant travel trade events and sales activities.
· Attend Oetker Collection Roadshows within territory jointly with sister properties to represent Jumby Bay Island to key clients.
· Plan FAM programs to Jumby Bay Island and develop compelling itineraries for key agents.
· Actively prospect new business within assigned territory, from traditional luxury travel agencies and new avenues, including but not limited to, high-end concierge firms, family offices, social contacts, etc.
· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing their concerns.
· Collaborate with the sales team, reservations, marketing and other departments to align efforts and achieve common goals.
· Support sales efforts to ensure successful launches of new developments at the resort.
· Research sales opportunities, e.g., identify new business opportunities and synergies.
· Assess and develop best selling opportunities within all B2B distribution channels.
· Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies.
· Share valuable customer feedback and market insight with relevant teams to improve product and services.
· Propose projects that will increase market share or create new categories of applications.
· Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks and recommend applicable tactical strategies to address.
