The Reservations Agent serves as the first point of contact for discerning guests and travel partners. This role requires a refined sales approach, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of bespoke services. Responsible for handling all guest inquiries, bookings requests and reservation modifications in a professional, courteous, prompt and efficient manner. This role is pivotal in maximizing room revenue through effective sales techniques and up-selling, while delivering a seamless and personalized experience for potential and returning guests. The Agent will be responsible for managing reservation requests and ensuring other departments are informed to guarantee a seamless stay.

The successful candidate must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a creative and a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Leadership potential is desirable.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year’ experience in similar role within a luxury resort/hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera an asset. 
  • Strong soft selling skills with a genuine passion for sales and curating relationships. 
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • This role requires the job holder to work flexible hours. 
  • Valid Driver’s License in order to drive company vehicle(s).
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
