The Residences Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the Residences program by ensuring that the Jumby Bay Island and Oetker Hotels standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis. Operationally and administratively support the Residences Manager and Executive Head of Rooms in streamlining check-in, check-out, concierge and overall experiences of guests staying in private homes and villas. 



Competitive Remuneration package. 



  • A minimum of 3-5 years' hotel operations experience in a luxury resort/hotel market. Similar role within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.
  • Administrative knowledge with items such as business letters, service requests, guest itineraries and telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Knowledge of OPERA an asset. 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills, as well as suggestively sell.
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • This role requires the job holder to be able to work flexible hours.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
