The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of each bar on property, to ensure product consistency, inventory management and development of bar staff.



Competitive remuneration package.



  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Applicable knowledge of Opera and Micros systems.
  • Knowledge of LQA and Forbes Service Standards preferred.
  • Minimum WSET Level 2 certification as asset for applicable role.
  • Valid Driver’s License in order to drive company vehicle(s).
  • Valid Food Handler’s Certificate as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
