Profile Summary

Lead the development and administration of the strategies to maximize the revenue and profitability, while maintaining luxury standards.

  • Conduct and continually update market research through online data, journals, sales analysis, and monitor economic conditions to anticipate consumer buying patterns, competitor data and industry trends.
  • Determine the ideal mix of room rates and occupancy to maximize revenue; controlling and analyzing departmental costs to ensure performance is within budget.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and recommend sales strategies, yield penetration strategies, room rate mix, and catering pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for high potential leisure business.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing, develop packages, establish contracts, target rates, event minimums and space release policies.
  • Analyze market indicators to project demand patterns and statistically forecast demand revenue, average daily rate, and REVPAR; prepare all daily, weekly, monthly revenue and forecasting reports.
  • Maintain positive communication and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and operations teams to align strategies.

Core Competencies / Requirements

  • Analytical, organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficiency with revenue management systems.
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting based on data, market trends and seasonality.
  • Decision making and problem solving.
  • Customer-centric mindset to maintain luxury service standards while optimizing revenue.
  • Degree in Finance/ Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
  • 5 years of work experience in a similar role in the luxury market preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English
