The Health, Safety, Quality & Sustainability Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that Jumby Bay Island operates to the highest standards of excellence, safety, and sustainability. This individual will oversee all aspects of occupational health and safety, quality assurance, and sustainability initiatives across the resort operations. The position ensures compliance with local regulations, international best practices, and Oetker Hotels standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, wellbeing, and environmental stewardship.

At Jumby Bay Island we require our managers to not only be highly competent in their field but also thrive on being accountable and responsible for the success, performance, and welfare of their team within the operation.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality in a similar role. 
  • Knowledge of KnowCross systems an asset
  • Experience working with high-profile individuals with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Fully knowledgeable of AAA, LQA and Forbes Service Standards.
  • Knowledgeable of local, regional and international health, safety and food safety standards.
  • Multilingual ability and knowledge of international etiquette are a strong advantage.
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate. 
  • Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License.
