The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of all F&B outlets are managed in keeping with Jumby Bay’s service standards, while delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will manage department team members, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency through the effective planning, organizing and directing of the F&B operations.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, acquired in dynamic luxury resort, hospitality service or consumer-led organizations.
  • Applicable Certifications and/or Degree(s).  
    Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • This role requires the job holder to be able to work flexible hours.
  • Valid Antigua and Barbuda Driver’s License.
