We are recruiting a talented and passionate Reservations Agent to join our Lanesborough’s Team.

Eligibility

 

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

 

Salary

Competitive Plus Service Charge


 

Key Requirements

 

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes.

  • Previous experience within Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential and experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be     preferred
  • Immaculate grooming standards
  • Ability to work on own initiative is essential
  • Knowledge of Opera system would be advantageous
