The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for providing strong operational support to the Restaurant Manager and assigned outlet, by implementing and consistently adhering to all service standards, policies and procedures relating to the food and beverage service, as well as leading and coaching the team and ensuring an excellent guest experience.



Competitive remuneration package. 



  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Food & Beverage Operations
  • Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience an asset
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Strong experience in Micros, MyFourchette and/or SevenRooms an asset
  • Experience with managing inventory preferred 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently with little supervision
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proactive attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate 
  • Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License
