We are looking for a talented and passionate Telephonist to join our fantastic Front Office team at The Lanesborough.

As a Telephonist you will provide an exceptional guest service experience dealing with requests and queries in a professional and efficient manner. You are the first point of contact and impression of The Lanesborough, answering the main telephone line in a timely and courteous manner. This role plays a key part in creating memorable experiences and must communicate guests' preferences and relevant information with every department for the guests' stay to be seamless. This role will be required to cover various shifts supporting the team at the front desk as well as with administrative duties when required. You will be a great team player with a real passion for exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to join our fantastic Front Office team in one of London’s most exclusive luxury hotels and offers excellent career and development opportunities.
