PROFILE
We are looking for our future apprentice to join our IT team at the Oetker Collection headquarters based in Paris.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to identify and resolve issues.
- Determine the best solutions based on the issues and details provided by users.
- Guide users through the problem-solving process and provide clear instructions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support or their direct manager.
- Record events, problems, and their resolutions in logs to maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues are fully resolved and update their status and information.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions from users to the appropriate internal team.
- Assist in setting up computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Educate and train end users on new technologies and systems.
