The Managing Director is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, implementing, and establishing hotel goals and strategies for both the operational and financial success of the resort.
The main purposes of this role are to lead the Executive Team, as well as provide an excellent customer experience to the hotel guests, build strong relationships with the homeowners on the Island and improve all the aspects of the operation including: service, restaurants, housekeeping and guests services to ensure a customer focused luxury experience.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with at least 15-20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry sector, as well as previous International and Caribbean experience.
The Managing Director must possess the ability to train, motivate, evaluate, mentor and direct employees and managers to achieve desired results while maintaining excellent relations with all team members.
